Read Aldi Wax Melt Reviews from Spring 2021 (Huntington Home). The 4 scents are Fresh Lemon, Magnolia Blossom, Vanilla & Salted Caramel, White Almond. Fantastic scents and super strong throw!
Fresh Lemon
Lemon, Lime, Mint, Sugar
Lemon with a lime note that has a very lemony, citrusy, almost mouthpuckering quality on cold sniff. But when melted, there's a distinct, slightly soapy lemongrass note that makes this a combination of lemongrass (60%) and straight lemon with just a little bit of sweetness (40%). It's not nearly as sweet as bakery lemon. I don't detect mint at all. I love this scent, and it's a perfect lemon scent to mix with other scents to give them a lemony note without adding anything else. Try it with lavender and/or mint for a nice spa scent. And try it with fresh scents and/or pine for a crisp, clean scent. Also try it with vanilla, other fruits (like strawberry), and florals to add a bit of a non-foodie lemony note. Right after I removed this scent from the warmer, I put the Vanilla & Salted Caramel scent in, and for the few minutes where I still smelled the lemon, the combination was amazing!
Magnolia Blossoms
Citrus, Magnolia, Violet, Rose
A nondescript floral which is closest to rose, and on the bitter side. But it's not an authentic floral and smells like floral room spray, but more bitter. It also has a smidgen of softness like baby powder. This one is just "okay" for me because of the bitterness, but I'm very sensitive to even a smidgen of bitterness is scents, so I think most people won't notice it. I don't detect citrus, unless the citrus is grapefruit, which would explain the bitterness, but it's a floral bitterness rather than a citrus bitterness.
Vanilla & Salted Caramel
Vanilla, Salt, Caramel, Cream
An incredible scent of super rich, super sweet butterscotch and caramel with a rich buttery note. It's just a little bit salty, but not as much so as a typical salted caramel. This scent is SO good, and so rich and buttery!
White Almond
Almond, Amaretto, Vanilla
This smells like pure almond extract with a bit of sweetness added, like angel food cake but not quite as sweet, and it's not a bakery scent. It's fantastic, and perfect on its own. But it's also a great scent to mix with other scents to add a sweet almond note, like chocolate, vanilla, coconut, peppermint, cherry, or any bakery scent.
